Part Time Aide- Residential Treatment Facility for Adults, 3rd shift/weekends

• All part-time employees whose scheduled hours of work begin at or after 11:00 PM will be paid a ninety cents ($.90) per hour shift differential.
  All part-time employees who scheduled hours of work fall on a Saturday or Sunday will be paid a two dollar ($2.00) per hour shift differential. Employees receiving the weekend shift differential will not also receive the non-weekend shift differential above for the same period.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Effective communication skills, both written & verbal, organizational skills, knowledge of practical self-care skills & ability to work with minimal supervision.
3. Ability to effectively work with persons with mental illness and/or developmental disabilities & implement rehabilitation / treatment / recovery plans for their program participation.
4. Act 33/34/31 and FBI Clearances.
5. Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle during scheduled work hours.

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for assisting the Rehabilitation Coordinator and Therapist in providing the necessary support and information needed to implement each clients' treatment plan. The incumbent also assists clients with daily activities, medication monitoring, management of daily tasks and providing transportation when needed. Crisis management and support is also an important function of this position.
