The Residential Treatment Program for Adults is a 15-bed facility providing 24-hr, supervised care for up to 30 days. The program provides a safe and supportive setting as an alternative to inpatient mental health hospitalization or as a step-down from inpatient care. Treatment is tailored to meet each individual's needs and goals through a holistic, multidisciplinary approach. Services provided can include psychiatry, nursing, individual and group therapy, and case management.
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for assisting the Rehabilitation Coordinator and Therapist in providing the necessary support and information needed to implement each clients' treatment plan. The incumbent also assists clients with daily activities, medication monitoring, management of daily tasks and providing transportation when needed. Crisis management and support is also an important function of this position.
