POSITION SUMMARY:
Therapists are responsible for facilitating brief, individual and group behavioral therapy for individuals with mental illness and their families, as appropriate. Therapists will demonstrate proficiency in utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques, including complementary medicine approaches, and will specialize in areas as determined through consultation with the Clinical Director. Therapists will meet productivity and caseload management standards for both individual and group therapy as established by the co-directors. Therapists are also responsible for conducting thorough initial and ongoing assessments to identify each client's need, to develop a client-centered treatment plan, and to identify and facilitate access to internal and external services that may further benefit each client.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master's level degree in psychology, counseling or a related field and a minimum of two years of supervised clinical work experience. Licensure preferred.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Part-time RN will primarily work to coordinate and provide nursing services for Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) to individuals with Substance Use Disorders.

POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for the clinical and administrative management of the Mobile Medication and Psychiatric Rehabilitation Programs. Duties include the supervision and mentoring of both the Supervisors, and the direct care professionals who provide medication monitoring, education, skills training and support services to individuals with mental health needs in the MMM and Psychiatric Rehabilitation programs; internal and external communication and/or education to referral sources for the programs; budget development and monitoring; enforcement and monitoring of regulatory requirements; and direction of overall program operations. - OR, A bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years work experience in mental health direct service, 2 years of which must be work experience in PR. CPRP certification shall be attained within 2 years of hire as a PR director;
- OR, An associate of arts degree and CPRP certification if employed as the PR director of a licensed PR facility for at least 6 months immediately prior to May 11, 2013.
- 2+ years of supervisory experience is preferred.

POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for providing support and guidance to individuals struggling with addiction issues or co-occurring substance abuse and mental health issues. The position will provide outreach, mentoring, and peer support at all stages of the recovery process. The position includes face to face contact both individually and in groups; assisting individuals in developing a recovery plan and achieving objectives; assisting individuals in selecting services and/or program offerings that will be useful in achieving their recovery goals; offering support and mentoring as needed in the implementation of the recovery plan; and, exploring, securing and utilizing each client's support network and/or community resources.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Certified Peer Specialist is responsible for providing support and guidance to individuals enrolled in the LTSR program. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: providing orientation to clients in programs and/or services that might be unfamiliar to them, both individually and in groups; assisting individuals in identifying recovery goals; assisting individuals in selecting services and/or program offerings that will be useful in achieving their recovery goals; offering support and mentoring as needed in the implementation of the recovery plan; exploring, securing and utilizing each clients' support network and/or community resources; medication monitoring; and, crisis intervention. The incumbent is also responsible for facilitating the development of Wellness Recovery Action Plans (WRAP) with program participants to promote the recovery process. The Certified Peer Specialist, along with every member of the LTSR team, must adhere to the fidelity standards, DPW regulations, and the policies and procedures established by the organization.

- Must possess certification as a Peer Specialist.
