Our clinic provides outpatient, intensive outpatient, and partial hospitalization levels of care to individuals with a substance use disorder. Each level-of-care includes individual, group, and family therapy services to support the recovery process. We provide level of care assessment services and medication assisted treatment (MAT) in the form of Vivitrol/Naltrexone, Suboxone, Sublocade, Brixadi for appropriate individuals.
We partner with Erie SCA and ECCM for the CROMISA (Community Reintegration of Offenders with Mental Illness and Substance Abuse) program, providing peer and case management supports and advocacy to assist individuals in navigating reentry into the community and maintaining adherence to legal system stipulations.
